Diane started her career at Ubisoft in France in Marketing, before being hired by NCsoft Europe as Business Development Manager, managing 3rd party product evaluation and market research. In 2008, she joined Thomas in founding ICO Partners, where she specializes in market intelligence, marketing and monetization topics.
Spanish computer engineer with 18+ years experience in games. Before ICO he held roles at NCSOFT Europe, overseeing comms for Guild Wars 2 community and influencer marketing. He also acted as Head of Communications in consumer electronics company Kano Computing, leading PR, content marketing, social media and influencer marketing.
Aaron is an award-winning multi-disciplined Creative Director with 20 year’s experience building brands and creating authentic campaigns. Before ICO, he worked at Kano Computing conceiving and launching new products that saw Kano named by Fast Company as the 2nd ‘Most Innovative Company’ in Consumer Electronics in the world, ahead of Google and Microsoft. He has worked with LucasFilm, Skype, Warner Bros., Innocent, King, Giffgaff, TeamGB and more.
Enrique has a bachelor in journalism and a masters degree in narrative and scripting. He’s been in the Spanish games industry for over 15 years and held different roles as news editor as well as social media editor for top tier gaming and general interest outlets in the region. His most recent experience had him interacting with influencers and organizing one of Spain’s largest Japanese-themed festival, Mangafest in Seville.
German videogames lover and cosplay aficionado, Lisa always wanted to have a career in the Entertainment Industry. She graduated in 2016 with majoring in Media, Game and Theatre Studies. Before joining ICO in 2018 she worked as a Tech and Games Journalist in Germany’s Gaming-Capitol Hamburg, still continuing her passion for writing today.
Jessica’s first game was Penguin Adventure on MSX and she never quit video games after that. She studied Literature and Communication, then was a journalist and community manager for a French media group, before working as a Communication Manager at Dotemu and The Arcade Crew for four years. She’s now a part of the ICO Partners’ team and focusing on the french market. She loves cheese and dogs but not mixed together.
Lewis studied journalism and has worked across multiple roles in the video game industry for more than 10 years. Having written for a cross-section of media outlets, including Rock, Paper, Shotgun, Kotaku and MMORPG.com, he has since jumped the fence to PR. He brings a unique perspective to clients by using his wealth of experience. Support indies!
Graduating with honours in journalism and PR from the University of West of England in 2015, James has worked in video games his entire career. With a background in podcast production and journalism, and a lifelong passion for video games, James has turned to community and public relations as a way to spread the news about games and what they can do in a positive way. He manages the UK market.
Fanny has been passionated about videogames, indie creators and mangas since she was very young. She specializes in Digital Communications and holds a bachelor and a masters degree on the subject. Previously she held different roles between PR, Events, CM and Graphism and her most recent work was at Bandai Namco Entertainment France.
Lisa is bringing her knowledge of the developer community and event landscape to ICO. She has spent the past 5 years at Unity supporting game developers across EMEA by organising Unity Developer Days, game jams, online events and networking events.
Prior to that, she graduated from Brighton University with a Computer science(Game Development) degree. Lisa is passionate about diversity in the Games Industry and has been involved in various diversity efforts over the years.
Early on, Jenie knew that she would like to work in the games industry. Determined to turn her passion into a career and share her enthusiasm for video games. She has a degree in German language and literature with a focus on game studies as well as a bachelor in arts.
She was already able to gain experience in marketing, editing/writing, podcast production and management and after her studies she worked as an editor and social media manager for an iGaming company.
Games professional with 10 years experience in esports with major gaming companies. Commentary, analysis, broadcast hosting and community management has comprised the majority of James's career, working at Riot Games on League of Legends and the LoL World Championships.
Prior to that James worked with Team Dignitas alongside brands such as Alienware, Intel, and HyperX on marketing strategies, as well as pro-teams, personnel, and event management. Comfortable in public facing positions as a brand ambassador for both broadcast and corporate capacities.
David studied Tourism at university and took a postgraduate in Corporate Communications, and applied that knowledge into the video games industry. After working as a Junior Public Relationships for Play Station Spain and Community Management for more than two years at Ubisoft, David joins ICO to bring his ideas and attention to detail to different brands in order to bolster their Social Media presence, as well as Influencers curating and management.
David is a curious and enthusiastic developer. He started working on a website for his favourite videogame and fell in love with programming. At eighteen, he started a Youtube channel to learn about video editing and video games, allowing him to collaborate with big video games companies and influencers.
He’s been working as a frontend developer for industry-leading brands, granting him the opportunity to learn about several businesses and how they solve problems and bring new ideas to life through code.
With a passion for video games, David works to build incredible tools and products to help the ICO team.
Ga-Yi grew up with many interests, including new technologies, foreign culture, and video games —a constant in her life. During her Marketing and Communication bachelor and her Strategic Management master, she squeezed some time in her busy schedule to work as a video game demonstrator during French events. Then, before joining ICO, Ga-Yi worked in content management and business development at Plug in Digital and Wargaming. Ga-Yi loves cooking, and *will* ramble on her newest recipe.
Before moving to England to take on an International Producer role at NCsoft Europe, Hyunah lived in Japan for 3 years while working at NHN Japan as a lead game designer. Previously, she worked as a game designer at NCsoft Korea and has extensive experience in online games.
Hyunah has worked in licensing entertainment properties from Korea and Japan for her own company, and has a background in Film and TV production, having originally graduated from Dongguk University in Seoul.
